Welcome to Care Centred Ltd. With nearly two decades of dedicated experience in the healthcare sector, I am proud to lead the team as the Care Manager. My journey in care is deeply personal; I began on the frontline as a care assistant and worked my way up to where I am today.

Having walked every step of the care journey, my leadership is grounded in genuine, hands-on experience. I have managed services across different locations and understand the small, intricate details that define high-quality care. For me, the 'East Standard' is not just a slogan, it is a daily commitment to every family supported.

Quality is personally overseen through regular audits, regular visits and meeting with service users and their relatives to ensure the services provided, consistently remains at a premium level. The philosophy is simple: Technical skill is vital, but personality is everything.

• 100% Paid Travel Time: Your hourly rate starts when your work day starts. We pay for the time you spend on the road between clients.

• Generous Mileage Allowance: In addition to your hourly rate, we provide mileage expenses to cover fuel and the wear-and-tear on your vehicle.

• Shuttle Service: For colleagues in our non-driving workforce, the company provides a transport service to ensure everyone can get to their clients safely and on time.
